download-pdf_117Zirconia Lined Flow Control Valve for “Severe Service”

Double Sided, Variable Flow Choke Valve DSAC™

  • Mg-PSZ Zirconia is 6X more abrasion resistant & 10% tougher than Carbide
  • Critical internal parts are constructed with
Mg-PSZ Zirconia
  • Valve is designed to have less turbulence than other chokes
  • The zirconia cam is double sided & can be
field changed
  • The flow is fully adjustable
  • Zirconia is the optimum material for erosion & corrosion resistance
  • Increased life, reduced downtime - increased production efficiency

This premium valve is THE most cost effective solution to current choke problems.

Key Features:

  • Mg-PSZ Zirconia is the optimum material for erosion and corrosion
resistance
  • Valve internal critical wetted parts like the inlet, outlet, body, sleeve, stem and cam are precision ground from high purity Magnesiapartially Stabilized Zirconia
(MgPSZ)

Bottom line is LONGER LIFE, reduced down time, reduced maintenance and higher productivity due to the improved design & the superior Mg-PSZ Zirconia internal materials shown to the right.
